Good question. I've never really thought about whether Fluttershy would be vegetarian or vegan. I like to think that she would recognize that the human diet in its unmodified state is itself natural and would just strive to eat healthy food, including meat, eggs, fish, and plenty of vegetables. So yes, in my headcanon she would eat eggs.
She'd definitely be supportive of free range animals. If she were a farmer she'd let her chickens and cows roam free, and provide them a coop and barn for them to sleep in at night.And she'd slaughter them humanely when it came time to eat one.
For Christmas I would give my beloved waifu some kind of practical gift. Whether that's new boots and socks for all the walking she does, or gloves to keep her hands warm. But I think what she loves most of all is stuff that improves the lives of her animals, so if there's something they really need, I'd try and get whatever that is.

Fluttershy clearly understands the cycle of life and nature. It's unlikely she wouldn't eat eggs, she also murders fish to keep the cycle going, it's unlikely she uses already dead fish since most fish become rather poisonous if left to float in water.

I gotta wonder where do you guys think? fluttershy gets all her money. She certainly has a fair bit, unlikely that cottage is on a mortgage and it isn't a standard ponyville build. Maybe she gets allot of money from taking care of pets. Granted she also went to flight school and is born in cloudsdale so her family could be aristocratic.
I can't believe how naturally she crawls into my psyche. Whenever I'm on the phone she always trots out of the room we were both in and just playfully stares at me as if to say, "pay attention to me!" I can even feel her get innocently impatient with me if I'm on the telephone for too long. When I imagine her hugging me I get goosebumps and feel very relaxed, and when she wants to sleep on my chest I can feel a little weight on my chest.
