Its crap. Nice graphics, PA is actually funnn~ I'm pretty sure I orgasmed three time using it, but the storyline is shit, quests are stupid fetch and kill things, the town mechanic lacks integration beyond breaking the game as with the villas in any of the Assassin creed games, and it has actually very little diversity of builds or enemies.
One Mart gets his monster mod up next year, and we have the classic pack for the previous fallout guns, plus some more concept parts, it'll be more fun.
As is, post game is basically, "We didn't let you go there or do this until after finishing the game" so its not even a real end or postgame.

I've been seeing pics of it. Its modern war, but with the same issues from the Iran Iraq war. Thinking that you can be stationary when there's artillery anywhere. No place 50+ miles from Novorussia is safe. I mean, I support Novorussia, I feel consistency is they should split off, so I'm biased like that, but all the same, I think Kiev is getting too many orders from DC and they don't give a shit about locals in my experience.
I'd much rather have seen the Ukranians get a chance to throw out corruption, instead of it becoming so blatant. Novorussia is to me, a sign of how bad things went.

And the vast majority don't mind it. We have so much more problems to deal with. And Crimea is forever lost; the only place I used to take a vacation for years and have never heard a single complain about ukrainian nazis oppressing them on any count… It's just happened so spontanious, never expected, knife in the back, never could get a chance to fight it back. Though I can agree it's for the better mostly due to the political considirations.

Crimea had been trying to get out since 1992, its no surprise that when the official government of Ukraine collapsed, Russia stepped into safeguard it.
Its only surprising because of the word play going on, such as the US not calling it a coup government and getting Yaunchovik back in, but rather a popular uprising.
Crimea felt more aligned to Russia for the simple fact, there were more Russians living there. Drawing lines on a map and saying a group is now different does not change their heritage, one of the big reasons Crimea was a special autonomous zone.
Its one of those things people ignored for lack of relevance, and then are shocked when conditions are met and actions taken.

Don't forget about the Black Sea's fleet Russia seems to be care of more than crimeas itselfes. It's their advantage point on us getting into NATO.

This word play defined further Russian actions against us, such as an unadmitted war (not sure about the right term in english), and constant information oppression through the media, making more and more people turn their backs and spitting on Ukraine like a nation.
Otherwise good for the crimeas, I would like them being separated in a more peaceful manner though, at least not by taking the situation when it's all is getting out of hand in the capital where people just want to feel freedom too, but from the Donbass oppressors in turn.

Oh I fully would believe Russia had full plans to lean on and or crush militarily anyone threatening the Black Sea access. However, given their actual military invasion didn't happen for weeks/months later and was notable but fast, only reason I found out was a Russian soldier friend doing a photo slideshow and another one shocked for likely having met him.
Crimea splitting off on its own is not a surprise, it tried nice for two decades and got nowhere, so when it had the chance it left. Same as any other group or individual going through it.
And also, given that Maidan got funded by the US State Department, its no surprise for Russia getting troops into Crimea on a very long but legal detour. Remember sharp dressed man is also likely CIA.
And I think its declared formal war, or war of aggression, though as far as Russia is concerned, and at the time, now changed, the government in Kiev was a coup government and Yankovich was still the rightful leader to be put back in power.
After the first election, then it was Ukraine post coup and legal. Not that it seems to care, given its already time for another election. Truly the US State Department has taught you a love for democracy known by only a few.

Nah I didn't get the other one. I tried the preload, though MERC became a deaf torrent and it died at 80%. And the big unpacked one was getting shit speeds at like 300kbs. So I got a mother private pre-load one and am getting 1.5mbs. Much faster than the alternative.

checked around with people that aren't on their knees tongue-cleaning Todd's dick. The basic consensus is it's "Standard Bethesda Fare."
TL;DR version: a bug riddled mess with a really shit plot, but great open world play.
Its graphics are around last gen (barring the sunlight effects, apparently, which are fantastic). The shooting is clunky, though improved, so you'll be using VATS a shitload. The plot is paper thin fetch quests, and the leak about the endingwas real.They frequently break the game's mechanics to overpower boss characters, and apparently a disproportionate amount of sneak focused content (as in if you alert the area, you fail the quest. you cannot go run and gun in them or you insta-fail.) Finally, the settlement system is so unpolished several people found it unusable.
Oh, and it's a technical mess. People have been reporting frame rate drops and crazy storyline bugs, some of which broke quests and made them impossible to complete. In other cases the pip-boy has vanished and does not reappear unless you reload, meaning you can't navigate the in-game menu's.this was expected though, right?

Think about it. Crime in Bethesda games is both actively discouraged (through bounties) and encouraged (through the presence of minimal frameworks for handling crime and getting rich off crime). Yet, as a payoff for being a murderer, you lose potential quest-givers and quest lines. You LOSE gameplay for playing the game that way. What happened to the Back Path? Where's my Genocide ending?

Finishing the wrap you went back into the market, deciding that it would be fun to torment your former masters for a bit. You head back only to see magenta crested griffon in a slave collar dragging them bound and trussed up in thongs through the dirt. You’re pretty sure you recognized her from a lab visit in Fillydelphia to drop off an artifact. Regardless, you had lost your chance to have some fun with them, and weren’t about to bother a slave on a job just for some petty revenge. It looked like they were going to be fucked anyways as is.
Moving on you stopped back at the Steel Rangers, noticing the mare was still pleading with a silent mouth to you. Walking over to the mare from earlier, she recognizes you.
“Ah so, back to buy them are ya?” you nod at the question. “Well they weren’t easy to get, I’ll tell you what. Bitchy brood mare over there kept tryin ta shoot me when I went to collar her. Wouldn’t just lay down and accept it til I pulled out ol’ Golgotha here.” With that, the mare pulled out what looked like a drain pipe packed with a shell as big as your shin. You smiled at this sudden turn of events.
“I’ll tell you what ma’am. You sell me these two for 400 caps, and I don’t tell the guards you have a loaded sawed off cannon in their bazaar.”
The mare’s eyes shrunk as she realized what she had done with a simple bit of boasting. Grudgingly, she fills out the paperwork and hands you the codes for their collars. You wave the two up with the sight of the control box. The mare moves to give you a hug, but you stop her with a wave of the remote.
Choose your tone for dealing with slaves.

“N-no. I never did study more than a very basic course in first aid, mostly on the proper technique for screaming in agony, and which pitch brings the fastest response.” You stop in your tracks at this, bewildered by what the green coat said. He flinches when he realizes he’s the only one walking now, dropping his head and pulling his ears back submissively. “No sir, I do not know any medical spells.” His tone carrying that he was rather looked down upon and mistreated before becoming a slave.
“Ugh, glad I got you free then. Useless then are you?” You pull a hoof over your muzzle shaking your head at this waste of potential before you.
“Well I can hack any Stabletech system and derivative sir, along with a few nonstandard variants.” You can tell he’s trying to sound proud of what he can do, but he is doing better at putting himself down than any amount of shocking you could do right now. You turn back to the knight and motion with a hoof at her helper. She shrugs, the armor hissing as it vents gas at the sudden movement.

You find a crowd had gathered near the stall from earlier, but oddly were all facing the twin earthponies. You pushed up and hovered above the crowd, curious what could be more interesting about those two than a chance at a pegaslave. You end up getting a good view of the brother dismounting his sister and a few splatters on the ground as he pulled out. Team twincest indeed you thought, turning back to what you had come for. Staying aloft, you watched the unicorn a bit, his horn glowing as he held the mare’s forelegs up. He was busy working the hoof up and down, strengthening the muscles and tendons that had been severed as part of her physical therapy. You let out a small whistle, it was rare to see a pony care enough to do more than just heal a patient and kick them out as soon as they were done.
The stallion perks up when he hears you, dropping the mare’s hoof as his eyes dart around, searching for his master and the anticipated shock baton.
“Relax kid, I’m not going to tell.” You watch as he inches out from under the mare, letting her back rest on the ground instead of his side. “Got some questions for you though. How good a doctor you think you are? You know how to heal MEW wounds?”
“I’m not a doctor, a medic maybe. I don’t have professional training if that’s what you want. And you can’t heal an MEW wound, best you can do is treat it by making the surrounding tissue undergo forced mitosis, but you need to know Stratus’s limit theorem to prevent the growth from forming basal tumors. “He finishes, watching the pegamare curl in on herself.

Trotting over to the side of the slave owner’s tent, you push in through the flap and get down to business. You quickly find that the owner has no idea of negotiation and thinks you are interested in the pegamare as a pleasure slave. Playing off this, you negotiate a lower price due to her weakened hoof jobs and walk off with the two lovers in tow, plenty of caps still in your sack. Looking at the twins, you debate getting some guard muscle for your business, now that you have some slaves of value in it.

I like the idea of the combat, especially now that human enemies take cover and such. I can SEE the potential, but I'm not feeling it right now. There are too many bullet spongey enemies. Also the aforementioned 'mutation' mechanic makes fights against the so called 'legendary' enemies a disaster. Another blunder is thatThere are no real Unique Weapons because you can get 'legendary' items off of Legendary enemies that could potentially have the exact same status modifier. Like I've found a weapon with Kellog's Revolver's exact modifier off a dead Radstag. And besides that, there is litterally nothing unique about the weapon. It starts out with some high level mods attached to it but that's it.which pretty much ruins any sense of enjoyment I could get out of exploration.
The only real part I get any enjoyment out of is the Weapon Modification system, but even that sort of falls a bit flat. It is more or less just an updated version of Skyrim's Blacksmithing and Enchanting system. Also the fact that if I make my pistol suddenly automatic I'd lose a shit load of damage because I didn't choose the Commando Perks.
Overall I'm losing interest really fast. The gunplay can't keep me going much longer.
