Mostly, yes. There is that one guy who regularly makes Rainbow Dash threads stating that anyone who likes another pony is wrong, though. Generally any pony of the main six has a bunch of fans who are reasonable, then there's one or two fans who are dedicated shitposters, then there's about 20 people who hate all fans of that pony because they met the shitposters one too many times.

I'd say Celestia, but out of mane six probably Rarity.
I have a thing for royality.
Also as most likely immortal or very-slow aging being, Celestia is wise and expirenced in many ways. If you were to spend some time with her you'd probably end up learning a lot of stuff.
She also seems to have a very flexible character so there's a high chance of having some common interests with her.
