Personally I find this to be one of the better anthro out there. I much prefer feet over hooves, but for having hooves they look pretty damn good. Fingers are a bit wonky though. They're not easy so I respect the skill here, but it's plagued by mistakes. Like the pinky being larger than the pointer (the one by the thumb, I don't know the exact term) on her left hand. And just look at the right hand's thumb/pointer finger. Going on some Fallout logic, here’s this Vault with an AI in control of it, except it kind of killed everyone inside by way of lots of accidents. So in its efforts to keep learning, it kept trying to make the place safer and safer, and also grabbing in people from the wasteland by opening the door and having them just kinda fall in (like the big vertical Vault door from the Fallout 4 trailer) then knocking them out, stuffing them in a suit and plonking them in the Vault. Except people kept dying because now you’re bringing in every violent random from outside so they start injuring themselves trying to escape and murdering each other.
So by the time whatever viewpoint character we’re working with stumbles across the place the fitting process consists of a tight, thick latex uniform, with a zip-up rear (I’m picturing this with feral ponies) and a genital device. Penis owners have a thing like a chastity cage with a urethral tube locked in with Prince Albert and Jacob’s Ladder piercings, vagina owners have rows of piercings holding the labia together, a little metal cap covering the clitoris and a sound plug, and both have a small metal butt plug held inside with piercings and glue. All of these components can vibrate but also inhibit orgasm. They’re usually set to vibrate just enough to be distracting, changing throughout their day depending on where the wearer is and what they’re doing.

Repeat offenders will be held for longer. Incidentally this process is identical to how the medical bots take in ponies who need treatment. Huh.
