>yfw S6will be nothing but two partersEnding with a four parter

Why not make then next two seasons one two-part season
>season 6 is all two parters
>even the actual season itself is a two parter
>and thus it continues ad infinitum
>>25036041
this has literally been series 9 of Doctor Who so far
>mfw S6 is atwenty-six parter
>>25036153
Season 5 was basically a two-parter with the mid-season hiatus

>>25036153
that's pretty easy to solve with a limit approaching infinity
or integrals or some shit
>>25036153
With the actual trolley problem, the obvious and most common answer is to pull the switch to the train kills one person. But would non-action (completely cracking under pressure) be considered not moral?
>>25036284
shit, that nigga right there, cant a nigga pull the switch and just haul that honky's ass off the line?
>>25036278
what are you trying to solve?
it's not a problem
it's just stating something
>>25036284
Hard to say, I mean I personally think that it would be a pretty lame choice, between one person and five people it's hardly even a choice, the only right thing to do is pull the switch.
The point is for it to be a moral dilemma that challenges how you view personal responsibility, if you pull the lever you are DIRECTLY responsible for the death of that one person, you killed them, there's no getting around it. If you do nothing five people die but you didn't cause their deaths and thus some people claim that this means they aren't responsible for those deaths. I think those people are fucking cowards who can't make hard choices and just don't want to feel responsible for anything.

.5x + .25x +.125x .....etc
is a solvable set
you can restate it and apply lim --> infinity
>>25036449
but what would solving that accomplish in terms of the picture?
>>25036606
prove that its not going to "never arrive because it only travels half the distance each time"

Calm down, Zeno.
