To be honest, no, but the wings should have been a signal of "growing up as a character", i wish they didn't used that as a excuse to sell toys, and kept for the last episode, the scene where twilight talks about how much she learned, that should be the finale of the show, but now, let's make some toys, i don't really hate twilight with wings, but the wings are now a reminder that Hasbro simply doesn't give a fuck

I do agree on most of those points. I'd have much rather seen her apotheosis as a show ender.Mostly so that no fanfic's I'd read were invalidated by later episodes.

Yeah, the best possible ending i can think about, i making the mane 6 achieve her dreams (at least Twilight and Rainbow), make Twilight be Celestia's sucessor, and maybe make a mini series about the CMC, already with her cutie marks, growed up making the Cutie Mark Crusaders a thing, where all kids can join to make activities with each other so they can find their own talents, we could even make them Luna's students or something, like making missions for her, there is just so much world building this show deserves, and yet we got almost nothing in Season 3 and 4
