Jegan, I'm terrible with colors, but even I know that looking at that shade of blue and that shade of red together is going to be annoying to do.
And lose the neon green because it's just a bad color to use as a primary anyway, if you're going to do that make it a more muted shade. (Though if you must do blue and red for the splits, wouldn't it make more sense to do purple for the combined route?)
