I don't recall many modern (read: post Alpha) games where Shin Getter had 1100 base armor though, except I think Alpha and Gaiden(but might have had 1300 there?), and of course D.
Still, that's damn low armor for a super, which is really a problem with D itself. The unit with the highest base armor is Great Mazinger + GB at 1350.
Maybe this is why J just went fucking retarded when it came to assigning stats to units? IIRC Mazinkaiser has 1900 (or 2000?) base armor and that's just stupid.
