Gaogaigar is by far the best in the first half, it's got an arguable position with Tekkaman in the second.
First half I'd say:
Gaogaigar > Mazinkaiser > Wing EW > Originals > Tekkaman Blade > FMP > Shin Getter > Golion > Nadesico
