Kiva and Ridevendor are both going to happen on SS release schedules. Kiva will probably show up around Emperor's release and Ridevendor with OOO. So Kiva would be after W and Accel and Decade/Diend and their upgrades and Kabuto's upgrade. I'd imagine by the end of next year we will see Kiva for sure, hard to say how long. OOO would come after that and his bike after him, hard to say with no Decade bike yet.

Kiva's chestplate and shoulders are all one big solid piece, and one leg is heavier than the other. The Decade costume is heavier, but has its weight distributed more evenly throughout the suit, which makes it much easier to wear.
