What show should I start with? Im looking at the list of subbed series and it seems a lot of them are not fully subbed? I've only ever really watched bits of the original Power Rangers aired here and played the games on Genesis. I'm interested in Sentai overall though, not specifically that one.

Outside of crossover movies, the seasons aren't connected. Ninninger had returning characters for some episodes however.
Crossover movies became a common thing with Kakuranger and Ohranger, so maybe you'd want to start at that if it tickles your fancy.
Timeranger isn't fully subbed however, so if you start at Jetman or Kakuranger: you'll need to skip that season.

They leave a lot of things untranslated, I think. This is more of a personal taste thing, but I don't like how they use color-coded subs and add in little graphics alongside their subs. I can appreciate the work that goes into it, but it's unnecessary and distracting. There's a webm of Mach's first in-show transformation from Drive that illustrates this really well.

Mine is Zyuoh Elephant. I like how serious and awkward he is. His fighting is Amazing. He does things I've literally seen elephants do in videos when they rampage at circuses knocking people over. They did a great job putting impact effects on his hits.

I couldn't begin to think how rough it must have been for everyone involved on the show during the devastation but was able to work a few days after and keeping a brave face.
