I can't decide if I like or really hate Grateful. I haven't outright disliked a Ghost Rider's suit design yet, but Grateful is on a weird line. It's simultaneously clean and cacophonous.

I think they did a good job incorporating the 15 eyecons on each of his limbs. The different colors aren't too distracting unless you start paying close attention to it, and gold/black color scheme looks good. I love the clear face and massive eyes, but the one thing that bothers me is the silver streak center, which seems out of place and overly attention grabbing. That, and the big ass eyecon belt seems silly.
The design sort of reminds me of pic related.

King Form worked because he had color balance. Aside from his eyes, belt, and chest emblem, parts that should stand out anyway, the whole suit is black, gold, and silver.
Grateful looks messy because he has all these random splashes of different colors on top of his black and gold. The eye doesn't know what to focus on and nothing stands out because the whole thing is screaming at you.

Taking movies into account is stupid as they power scale everything and Undead are insanely durable. Kenzaki was able to disintegrate the Trail Series with his Royal Straight Flush yet Undead survive it in once piece. Kenzaki also spent the last few episodes of his series spamming his King Form over and over again even though it tires him out. He was still in great shape by the end.

Most Rider "swordsman" just swing their swords and hit their opponents as hard as they can. Kuuga, Ryuki, Faiz, Den-O, W, OOO, Fourze, Gaim, Drive. Most of them have no prior experience in handling swords. But they're still better than Kenzaki.
Even Ryoutarou's performances have been better, and he's just mimicking Momotaros style of "hit 'em hard and fast and don't think about anything else" swordplay. Momotaros' combat style is based entirely on his innate athleticism and reflexes. He has no real technique to speak of. But he's still leagues above Kenzaki.
So what's /m/ think of Ghost? Almost everywhere I go it's the same shit Drive got with "It's Not Gaim/10"

I thought the first few episodes were pretty fun even if it was definitely rushed while the more recent episodes have been getting genuinely good. It's a lot more gradual change than, say, Drive's sudden quality spike in the second half (even though I enjoyed the show well enough through the early parts and Chase's arc).
