The first half of Masoukishin, The Lord of Elemental, which covers Masaki's adventures in La Gias.
OGs part 1, which covers a slight adjustment of OG1. The main notable difference is the Armorlion.
OGs part 2, which covers a slight adjustment of OG2. Main noticeable differences are the introduction of the R cast, the on-screen appearance of Beowulf confirming that his Gespenst Mark III is the more advanced Nacht, a short prologue with playable Axel, and the introduction of Murata in a stage where Alteisen is briefly painted blue.
OGG, which expands significantly on the content in OG2.5 and makes some adjustments such as the introduction of the Gespenst Mk-IIM to replace the Mk-IIS that Kai uses in 2.5.
Endless Frontier, which occurs sometime between OG2 and 2ndOG
Endless Frontier Exceed, which features Axel, Alfimi, and Roa's adventures between OG2 and 2ndOG.
Another Century's Episode R, which features Kyosuke and Ryusei. The two return near the start of 2ndOG.

Katina did come before Desu, and on top of that, her eyes were purple and green in her original artwork. It was changed to red and green on the GBA, due to palette limitations (since her uniform is red, they used that for one of her eyes, as well).

According to the interview it is a FULL proper OG game, there's a teaser PV where you can see some new attacks, the only issue we have is that it doesn't seem like there's enough material for a full game, so we are just speculating on what else will they addI expect to hear Active Mind in the next PV
