Pilot list is fine. Looks like it might just be a general assortment of idols as there's not much of a connection between Koume and Kozue other than the K in their names and both having light hair.

Idols are gotten the same way units are: when you're not following the story (in this case these pics are all after the Gundam's first few steps), you just roll for them and let the RNG do it's thing. Only limitation is right now I can only roll for OYW Fed/Zeon mecha, and a Platinum Audition for idols, whatever that means.
So if there's a lacking connection, it stands to reason.

Well yeah, I just assumed it was CG idols from the start. It's just that there are more CGs than first-gen Pokemon so it's highly unlikely they're all in and as such I was wondering if it was limited to certain idols from the series or just whoever the creator felt like including.

"Platinum Audition" is the Cinderella Girls (and now CG Starlight Stage) term for R/SR(/SSR) gacha rolls. N gacha is called "Local Audition" (though you can technically get Rs and SRs from local auditions, but doing so is very rare).

Also, digging in the robot data shows that besides all the G Gen-esque collections of canon and side-story stuff, the game has it's own set of original units. One that stands out from when I last skimmed was an Apsalus IV.

But yeah, those are all iDOLM@STER production companies (plus extra/unaffiliated idols, it seems). Looks like it was released before the Cinderella Girls anime, though, as that did not previously have an associated production company but now has 361 Pro.

The last update it received, according to the place I got it from, and said update was probably bug-fixes and such, was August of last year, so there's that.
It's goofy fun to see a bunch of idol girls reenacting the Gundam story, more or less, and screwing around with units and the like. Though since my kanji isn't great and half these units are made variants by adding different kanji before or after the model name, it makes for difficulties pilot-switching the gals around. I just locked our horror aficionado from a stage against the Idol version of Char because I stuck her in something that wasn't space-worthy, I guess.
