Dude, download 10 hours of white noise on yor phone, get headphones, grab your keys, get your IJ copy on your hand and take a stroll to the comfiest place you find, sit the fuck down, put that static noise into your ears so it blocks everything and start reading that shit, don't ever look away from your book unless you wanna reflect on something. Extra points if you can read and focus without white noise.
