The Jihad was ment to consume the universe, like Paul was never a God, but he was far more than a man. He was something no one ever planned, a monster. Fyde (Fade?) Also had the same genetic potential to become what Paul became but his life of privilege stunted his development

Feyd-Rautha had other problems than privilege. Paul was equally if not more privileged, even after the betrayal byYuehhe was fairly privileged given he showed teh Fremen his potential rather fast and became a leader quickly.
Leto II (or was is Paul?) also banned the Mentat training. He tried everything to stunt mankind.
