At the beginning of each bit try and figure out who's speaking using context and the way they speak. Keep an eye out for when people leave or new people arrive because this sometimes isn't obvious. Sometimes it's only obvious a new person's been speaking a page or two into their dialogue but if you look back from where they enter after you realise it will make sense. Sometimes they talk about things that happened off-screen, just go with it
If you know who's speaking most of the time and what their character arc has been like so far it should all make much more sense
