Why make a summer reading list? Seems stupid and that just makes it feel like work which reading should not be. Only exception being reading to learn for a test/certificate, but otherwise I don't see why you wouldn't just choose a book and read at your own pace and then choose another when thats completed or you've given up on the other.
By the end of the summer I want to finish:
1. Don Quixote
2. Nestor Makhno's memoir
If I do it, I would be more than satisfied.

you guys actually follow thru w lists? after i finish a book, i'll usually have a different opinion on what to read after than before
