analytic philosophy was basically a reaction against Hegel. Do you mean someone who reacted to him even if they flipped around what Hegel originally said?

Russel was pretty adamant about his hatred for Hegel and that left an impression for a while. The monumental influence he has had totally overshadows Russel's contributions.
