The main thing to keep in mind is three things. First, Nietzsche opposed Socrates because Socrates believed that evil was the result of ignorance. Nietzsche believed that Socrates ruined Greek civilization when his influence caused an imbalance between the rational and the irrational. You can't have reason with 'unreason', so to speak.
Secondly, he opposed Christianity because of the Christian point of view (and Abrahamic view in general) on suffering, which is that suffering must and will be extinguished by God. This gives us the same problem that Socrates had, which is that you can't grow in life without suffering. Life is the will to power, and power is gained through overcoming suffering. If you take suffering away completely, or deny it as a fact of life, you take away people's path to greater potential, thus making their life completely meaningless.

The final thing to keep in mind is Nietzsche's oppsition to teleology. Teleology is the idea that the universe is working to one goal. This is a view that was made popular by Aristotle, Averroes and Aquinas. Nietzsche opposes this, because there's no real basis in it in reality. Lifeforms don't have a specific goal in life, they exist simply because they're the most well-adapted to their environment. All of this points towards a crisis in civilization, the death of God, which is a crisis we must overcome, in order to surpass the current human condition we're in right now. Overcoming our human condition will bring about a new kind of human, free to decide his own destiny
