Which of the Parts was your favorite?

What is supposed to happen in this book? Single chapters are 5 hours long like why am I still reading?
Favorite part remains to be when Pelletier and Espinoza kick the shit out of a foreign cabbie, compare it to a three-way, and then steal his taxi.

anally and vaginally raped
The end.

My copy has no chapter numbers :^(

I liked chapter 7. It was really dark and there was a sense of....idk.....like something reallly dark and edgy going on in the plot you know? I can't put it into words.
My favourite was the part about Amalfitano - it's both comical and bittersweet while the otherworldly horror vibe of Santa Teresa become more palpable. But then on top of that there's the extra sting of the very real fear of a parent losing their child. Even while Amalfitano is a weirdo who is losing his mind you can feel the uneasy fear coming off the page.

the part about the crimes
The Part About The Crimes lol... Because that's just the sort of sick shit, that I'm into.

I wasn't even phased about the part about the crimes or whatever. Didn't wince once. I watch hardcore shit on the deepweb all fucking day so yeah....I'm kind of desensitizationized to rape. This book was pussy shit. I like the name though because I'm a satanist.
The part with the academics in the beginning was so comfy. I spent a couple weeks with this weird ennui centered around the fact that I'd never have a literary friendship with a qt professor that blossomed into sincere love built around shared passion.
:(
the part about the cucks

This.
The Part About The Critics was so good and I wish the whole book had centered around them.
Is this book hard to read? Looking for something simpleish but still of quality.
>>7829212
Its pretty simple and straight-forward although some people might find slogging through 300 pages of rape and murder irritating.
If you haven't read The Savage Detectives, start there.

The name of that character could'nt be better.

So is this like the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure of literature or what?

This. Not everyone likes it, but damn is it ever good.

how
The Part about Archimboldi is obviously the best, by far.
>>7826967
The novel has no chapters.
>>7830379
Archimboldi man, just fucking amazing. It's so visceral and fantastic at the same time. I wish we found out what happened to the Baron's nephew but... eh that's life I guess.
