Can this entire book be read in one day?
I have a day off from work and I was wondering if i could actually read the entire thing tomorrow.

Get back to us on the day after tomorrow

probably
its not worth it though because its a bad book

The audiobook is about 6 hours, so I should think one could if one had to do it.

Do people actually do this? Read an entire book in one day?
Just read it at normal speed. It has too many pages to be completed in a single day. Don't be like those speedreader cucks

I do
just read what you can tomorrow and read whatever is left over right before you go to bed.
you could read it in one day. but honestly I can only read anywhere from an hour to a few hours a day before I get burned out. depends on the book. there were a few I'd spend all day reading but that's so rare and I have done that since my teens (and I'm in my mid 30s now).

Sure, during the holidays when I've got the day off
>>7811583
don't do it you will die this is some boring ass shit and you'll od on boredom
good choice. Capote's best work IMO
>>7811583
for all the shit that gets talked about it, it has some nice descriptions and is not a bad read
read it and make up your own mind, its more than anyone else on this board will do

I did this for two weeks last year when catching up in english 58 last semester. One per day. Was not fun, actually was pretty awful. The book itself is lost on you, all you get out of it is the plot points
>>7811583
You could, but why would you? There's like any other book.
easily, yeah
>>7811606
you honestly have to learn to if you end up being an english major
>>7811864
it gets shit on because most people read it way before they'll capable of appreciating it

I mostly read in the weekends, so yeah. Sometimes I finish two or three in a day, but that doesn't happen often.
