Start with The Birth of Tragedy. If you haven't yet, at least read one Greek tragedy first: Oedupus, the King or Medea, for instance.

Not even a meme. Nietzsche makes constant references to the Greeks, the Bible, Schopenhauer, Hegel, et al. You really need to have read these if you want to understand what Nietzsche rambles about.
When you're ready, I'd say Beyond Good and Evil or The Gay Science. After that, just read whatever you want, his books are all over the place so that there is no benefit from reading in any particular order.
