Turn them off, put them somewhere far out of reach. Basically force yourself to have time to question whether it is really necessary to use them before you do.
Apart from that, just stop yourself whenever you see yourself shitposting. For instance, instead of making this shitty thread, read a book. Easy peaz m8.

^ What they said. Also, reading more takes practice. So if you read 30 pages one day for a week, try and 35 pages each day the next week, and so on. Eventually you'll get better at it.
