I've read Heart of Darkness, Nostromo, The Secret Agent and Almayer's Folly and have to say Nostromo was the most satisfying.
Any recommendations for what to read next? Some of his less well known work?
Lord Jim and the Secret Sharer. He wrote a play that's sort of interesting.

I'm reading Lord Jim right now and I like it at least as much as Heart of Darkness and Youth. It's like either of those but novel-length. You'd like it.
I know this is a literature forum, but you should find the longest version of Apocalypse Now that's available and compare it against Heart of Darkness. You'll discover things about both works that you've never noticed before.
For follow up works - Lord Jim is his best novel. The Nigger of Narcissus, despite its very dated title, is a perennial work.
