Seems pretentious but it's god tier. Sun light is perfect, you don't get sleepy and in fact you read faster and for longer periods of time.

When you're reading, everything going on is too distracting and the constant movement feels like it demands your eye's attention. When you're thinking, all the activity and the movement of the landscape is like a visual white noise which makes it easy for me to retreat into my own thoughts. That and the physical movement makes it easy for me to think for a while without getting bored or restless, or feeling like I'm "doing nothing" and distracting myself.
