I love my Terry Pratchett, if you want something better written, Pynchon is pretty funny
Moby Dick was actually one of the funniest fucking books I've ever read, especially the first 100 or so pages, but also when Pip kept falling out of the boat, the part about Queequeg in his coffin, and even strewn throughout the notoriously dense cetological chapters are some laugh out loud bits
