No idea haven't read it.
I've read tenuously similar works from around that long ago (thinking in particular of Abbie Hoffman's Steal This Book, which straight-facedly suggests threatening to hijack a plane as a risky by potential way of getting a free flight), so I figure something like this will be just as outdated.
Wikipedia even mentions a section on covering your paper trail, as though we still write anything on dead trees these days.
