How do you guys deal with eye strain while reading? I can't read for more than 30 minutes to an hour without my eyes getting really tired and heavy.

Try using the 20-20-20 trick: stare at an object that's 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes and your eyes should feel far less strained. It's scientifically proven to help as well, in case you were questioning the validity.

I use Audiobooks.
I can safely close my eyes and absorb every word through my ears.
With your eye open, gently press into your pupil 5 - 10 times. It helps if you have contacts.
