To the Lighthouse is pretty good. I find that it feels less like a story that tells an idea, than an idea that tells a story, but it goes through subjectivity and perception pretty well.
If you mean from a personal POV then i think that Under The Volcano is pretty good so far. I've just read about 100 pages and it shifts POV in depth.
