Seeing how it's been 2 years and I still got not referral for SRS I've been wondering what my options are. Health insurance wouldn't cover anything outside the country anyway, likewise, noone in the country will do surgery without referral. Thai surgeons need this too, so who else has good results? Even with a referral and health insurance the only okay doc here would be Dr. Schaff, his waiting list is some 2-3 years and I'm starting to feel like just getting drunk and grabbing some scissors.
Also pic related, penile inversion doesn't require lifelong dilation or am I mistaken? Suporn and similar do require this, and I'm not sure if I'd prefer doing that for what difference really? What are the practical shortcomings of the common method?
And what's your opinion, anon? Is Suporns method really worth it?

Because bureaucracy reached a critical mass in my country. My former shrink is being a dick, wanted me to tell him how to help me, I said I'll manage I ain't gonna run around in drag cause I'm pretty down to earth, lived in a village and am used to wearing old rags etc. , but getting a referral is honestly my #1 reason why I'm here, he's a typical psychoshit, doesn't even know how to help me, refuses to do the thing I ask him for and still expects me to tell him what he can do for me and doesn't actually think I'm ready yet because I don't go all the way to high-life city-girl.
My current one says she cant do anything, her secretary keeps fucking up everything you can possibly fuck up as secretary and if I don't do her damn work I've already lost.
She keeps tossing the ball back to my former shrink cause unless I see her for another 8 months she's legally not allowed to hand me my referral and I've had enough after these 2 years. These people do not help me, they make me angry and desperate.
Oh yes I told them how I feel, I told them how urgent things are getting for me and my current one keeps trying to calm me down in regards of making progress, but seeing how some are pretty much done with their entire transition after 2 years that just seems insulting. I'm 24 too, not much chance anymore to enjoy the last bit of my youth. I've got 8 years of experience with various psychiatrists and therapists and one thing I know they're nothing but gatekeepers and this time I've had real bad luck.
Little bump. Just had my shrink give me my next appointment in 3 months... hahaha kill me already.

You are mistaken. All types of srs require life long dilation. The only difference is that with an inversion you can reduce the frequency sooner.
I had an inversion 5 months ago and dilate once a day now. After a year it'll be once a week, eventually though you can stop dilating if you have regular sex. I also know someone who didn't dilate for 4 years (after dilating normally for years) and they didn't lose depth. But the surgeons will say dilating is for life.

suporn and chettuwat have very low standards of proof. you can do a consultation with them online and talk about your situation and they will probably work with you.

if you are seriously considering mutilating yourself because you can't have srs i think its actually time to talk to your therapist about why because this clearly goes deeper than just dysphoria and what you have is a very pronounced mental illness.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I was busy. Anyway. Self-lubrication is not something Suporn guarantees, and it's not something the inversion lacks. It's something that may happens, or may not happen regardless of who you go to because it's based around glads you already have.
The only real difference between Suporn and a good inversion is that Suporn can attain greater depth with a smaller penis. With the inversion your depth will always be somewhat limited by penis size (though some inversion surgeons will take grafts from elsewhere if they don't think they can get adequate depth).
So if you have microdick, not getting the inversion is probably better, if you don't. They really your options are open as all competent surgeons will be able to give an an aesthetically sound, functional, feeling (and boy, do I mean feeling. Sex has never felt better) vagina and vulva. If you want a big meat curtain outie, go to Suporn, if you want a more innie look, with smaller labia go for an inversion.
And before someone inevitably asks, no the vaginal entrance is not higher or in an abnormal place with the inversion, I've compared where mine is and where cis girls are by the distance from the anus and they're spot on in the same place.

I've heard that concern before, given I can be quite a destructive nature. As Ive written somewhere, I'm basically in treatment nonstop for the last 8 years and my current therapist has already seen me with bloody arms. So only so much I can do about trying to get actual help with my other issues.
I really doubt I'd get myself a DIY SRS with some scissors but every time I undress and especially in the shower I much do feel like grabbing a meat cleaver to cut that tumor off and hearing my shrink tell me I ain't gonna see her for 3 months gives me that manic cackle from someone about to snap real bad.
