15 months on HRT and my nipples are big and puffy but my chest is deflated as fuck. Literally there is not a smidge of fat in my breats, my chest is as flat as an ironing board. Will this ever change or am I HONestly stuck with enormously big puffy Nips on a straight line flat chest forever?
I am also femboy so it's not like I mind that but still, I am worried a little.

Did you mean 50mg/day for cypro? If not, up it to 50mg/day and you should see some improvement.

Jesus Christ for real? That's pretty rad, I wish I could take so little cypro. 50mg/day has me at 13 ng/dL.
If you want you could try switching from estradiol hemihydrate pills to estradiol valerate injections. When I did that about 7 months in, my chest was basically in the same shape as yours. When I started injections I got a huge growth spike and feminization spike, and now years later my boobs are pic related. For a while they were conetit status but they've rounded out.

You might just not have the genes to grow boyboobs...
That said, if you really wanted boobs,consider moving up to 10 mg CPA, and switching to injections for a few months. The extra prog and change in E2 availability/distribution may do your chest some good.

I have noticed by trial and error that even 10 mg was too high for me. I actually started at a much higher dosage but I had to lower it due to having nasty side effects from it like rash and even some really rare ones like extremely high fever for one day and herpes simplex type I reactivation which is pretty much consistent with cypro's glucocorticoid properties. Now I am all good tbqh and thinking about having an orchi + going on micronized progesterone instead.

Progesterone is pretty based, I'm 6 months on HRT taking it daily and I'm at A cups already
