Milk is alright but it tends to spoil faster than I can stomach a full carton but I do get it sometimes. It's not like my entire diet is just olive oil or anything it's just a really cheap and easy way to get some extra kcal. I don't mind it being all fat I actually wish I gained a bit of extra fat so I could burn that fat instead of having nothing to burn during exercise.

I've been through much worse multiple times, where it was more like 12 hours a day of cardio with starvation thrown in, outside in the heat and cold, to see if you'd break.
It does lower your muscle mass, but it'll also take a lot of weight off quickly, went from 190 to 165 my first month on hrt doing a triathlon a day on 500 calories:
