Damage from a trachea shave, the very top of one side of my vocal cords lost grip, so I can't properly close and it kinda leaks the voice.
Don't worry though, that usually don't happen if you go to a good surgeon. It was a revision of a more or less botch job (not same surgeon), so measuring everything exactly was more difficult, I was basically ready for the possibility of something going a bit wrong.

Are you cis male and don't like having a low voice? Because low voices for men is really hot. I guess its a problem if you're a gay twink/femboy? You have the exact same prospects of training your voice as mtfs, so just follow whatever mts are doing.
Or are you a cis woman? It's still pretty much doing the same as mtfs, only, that you'll have a much easier time to get somewhere. Probably only difference you'll need is to use more of a head voice instead of chest voice.

It's all about the resonance. Pitch is mostly a non-issue once you've found the resonance sweet spot - from chest to head. Even if I go to my lowest point in head resonance, I just sound like a lady trying to imitate a dude.

You could try that, but playing around with my voice was how I cracked into my head resonance. If you hold your throat muscles while in falsetto, and take them down a little bit, you should have discovered your basic female voice.Try different things, but remember not to over strain your voice. If it starts to hurt, the rule of thumb is that you should give yourself a break.

I think you need to raise your pitch.
I hear some lower tones from your voice, unsure if that is part of resonance or not.
I can feel a bit of vibration in my chest, but it's minimal... Unsure if you can actually completely remove it, since air is still going to have to pass through your lungs and throat.
Anyway, if you can feel more noticable amount of vibration in your of resonance in your chest (like above nipple chest), you will have to work on reducing your resonance.
To heighten your pitch, I think it's really just about forcing your larynx to go higher up, to avoid using a falsetto voice. I think the method people use is to actually go into falsetto first, and then try to push their voice down, while keeping their larynx up (swallow, and hold, to exercise the muscles).
I don't know though, I never figured out how to actually practice voice. I did try the larynx stuff though, and I think it pushed up my pitch a bit, like 20hz.
