idk about pick related much but i've been a vegetarian for almost 5 years now (3 without any slip-ups), so i eat a lot of soy and low-fat stuff and i do 30 min runs (pretty irregularly though).
i'm about the same height as you but weigh ~20kg less, and i'd say may body is pretty feminine considering i'm not doing hrt (yet..). i should probably pick up working on my ass since i haven't got much...
