Is there some sort of fund for impoverished trans people's transitions? Can I donate to it?
I want to do some good for my community.

dunno, but this faggot could probably need some money:

It's more every tranny for him/herself, because funds don't out work for this(easy to embezzle). You could donate to a hon at your local lgbt center, or check fundraising sites.
im trans and need a new gpu, want my paypal? ;))))

You should, right now it's kinda everyone has their own gofundme or whatever. I've always felt weird about it making one though, especially since I can't actually contribute to my own transition yet and I'll probably end up killing myself before I have the chance to.
You could do some real good, anon.

There actually are a few. The Jim Collins Foundation gives out surgery grants, for example.

Depending upon your locality, some areas have free/sliding scale clinics that help folks in need get therapy/HRT/etc as well, and I'm sure most of them accept donations.
