You could manage to look like a girl on a still picture. Sounding like one is a lot harder if you don't have it in you but it can be done. Being convincing on cam? Good luck with that. Moving like a girl isn't something you're going to have down in a few months without serious dedication.

Possible, but unlikely. There are other symptoms that would indicate a tumor, I don't recall what they are, you could ask your doctor (or I could ask mine, though I'm guessing the answer would get to you slower that way)
