He tells me he thinks hes ugly witch is ridiculous hes suuper pretty and has a hot body. Some times i catch him crying at night when he thinks im asleep and when i ask him whats wrong he tells me he feels gross.

Take him in for counseling or if that's not an option try to get him to open up, which you can usually do by promising you'll still love him just the same. Which when he does, you better fucking deliver on.
