The culture that Abrahamic religions promote, maybe. Has nothing to do with white people or any other race. Black populations in the U.S. are also predominantly Christian and generally seem to hate us just as much as the white populations do.
Religion is not the root of the problem, though. Human nature is sectarian, otherwise discrimination wouldn't exist in the first place. Even if you took religion out of the equation, people would find some other dumbshit premise for killing one another. Look at communist Russia. Religious folk were openly derided and ostracized by the government. Didn't steer Russia away from spiraling into a borderline third-world crapsack rampant with corruption and hate crime.
