Well I have synthesized testosterone and 17,alpha-alkylated anabolic derivatives from common bulk DHEA before, no reason why I can't make estradiol or it's fatty esters for injection (time release).

I can also buy steroids from a Chinese source, but they are often low purity. That is an issue when the stuff is to be infected, but oral preparations should be more or less ok.

I also used cyclodextrins for enhanced steroid absorbtion orally, so that should also work for estrogenic compounds.

First time I visit this place, I'm just a chemfag gayboy, don't know much about m2f transition requirements, but I do know my chemistry (and well versed in pharmacology). Maybe I can help out?

I have considered this. I have made anabolics for some gym rat friends once. I have done most of the literature study, so I've got most interesting references and patents.

I would love to go in business like you say, but I'm afraid to get thrown in jail for it. I live in a West European country, if I could do it in an Eastern Euro country I'd probably do it.

What about designer estrogens?

There are some 17,alpha-methyl-estrogenics that are really potent, and orally much more bioavailable.

Probably hard on the liver though.

Or just fatty esters of estrogen? I've known someone who injected estogen divalerate and got good results.
