Anything I can do to help breast growth? Been on HRT for almost 3 years. I got almost nothing but they have gotten tender again, is it too late for them to grow anymore or can they still?

What has your HRT regimen been this whole time?
I started on pills, was on them nearly 3 years and had stalled out in breast growth. Then I switched to injections for several years, and immediately upon switching had a surge in breast growth, but this also stalled out for a while.
When I recently went back on the estrogen pills I had breast growth begin again, and it's still going the strongest it has in years.
Perhaps alternating your estrogen consumption method helps you develop more.

I'd honestly try switching to injections like the other anon suggested, i've heard testimonies of that working in the pas too
