I have tried to transition between genders before, switching from HRT to Cis Lesbian to MTF and much more but in my time I have come to a realization. I do not mean to offend anybody and am just voicing my opinion, but is it possible that there may be only a male and female gender?
HRT is not a gender, also Cis female and MTF are mutually exclusive. Are you even trying?

I was under the impression that HRT stood for Hermaphrodite-Trans and MTF stood for Mutuaistic-Trans-Frog. HRT could also stand for Holy Roman Theocracy, which could of been potentially reformed during the middle ages if they had more authority
