It might not work for everyone though.

Dance workshops are like, 2 hours long and cover at least 30 seconds depending on the song/difficulty, then you can work on textures and shit.

Of course you can't forget that your body gets tired after a while

From the looks of it, I think op is just jumping into the gig. No at-home study will help for a 24h deadline. This isn't a situation where you can cram in what you need.

Of course a professional, or even a private tutoring would help tremendously.

OP here, I decided to take up dance classes late 2015, two different styles (Salsa and Hiphop) but work got in the way of putting 100% in....I thought I would have until thursday to get ready but nope.

Your most safe bet is probably to work on attitude, walking and posing rather than actually memorising moves because you'll screw them up guaranteed especially if you have never danced before
Just practice walking and poses in front of a mirror and try to convey confidence yet being approachable. By poses I don't mean model poses necessarily but finding angles and positions that look good and show your body, so that you always have some safe cards in case you don't know where to end up next. Find ways to transition between them. Remember that you have height levels to work with, you can squat down with widespread legs etc. Try to mimic a sexy girl dance and adapt it.
