Width seems to be more of an issue with mens dicks than length. You can theoretically stretch your SRS vagina to take a fist though over a long period of time.

Honestly, if Chett is a butcher, he's the best butcher in the world... This is something I've been curious of, like how do different surgeons determine depth, because for me the depth is measured if I spread open and then right from the start of the vagina which is between the labia. But that discounts the extra illusion of depth the closed labia around a penis would give. If I was to count my depth from where the labia end on the dilator rather than the vaginal entrance I'd gain like just over half an inch.
