Serious untreated question. I've been on mones naow for about a year.
See some breast development and fat redistribution. So I know my hrt is working.
HOWEVER. Lately I've been getting the really intense dull aching pain in my testies.
And like at first it never really hurt enough to bug me, but it's getting to a point were getting a little nauseas and having difficulty eating.
They have defiantly shrunk a lot, so I thought any atrophy would be over.

I'm scared to tell my prescribing Doctor that I'm feeling this. Cause I'm afraid she'll stop my hrt.
I have insurance, but it doesn't cover anything trans related, soooooo yeah.
I pay my prescribing Doctor out of pocket(80$ twice a year not bad)
So the least amount of test and visits would be good.
I don't want to get my primary Doctor in trouble/compromise even though she is coverd under my insurance.
She is tho totally for it, even managed to get my insurance to cover a hormone panel including estradiol and testosterone. She even went in depth to say progesterone will not be covered.
What I do. Even tho my "package" is the size of a wallnut. They hurt ache really bad.

I dont have energy to do anything too productive now. I think the most important thing in the western world is confidence. people are more likely to clock you if youre a ball of anxiety cause they recognize your fear. other helpful stuff includes fixing voice (probably most important gender marker) and fashion sense (if its off, people will stare until they figure you out). whats helpful is to know how your adamsapple reacts when you move your head in certain directions, and avoid the ones that make it super obvious permanently. you might not be able to eat in public if you cant eat without screwing your makeup. dont touch your hair TOO much without reason, cisgrills do that occasionaly, but not all the time, try to pull your shoulders back a little in public, look at how girls walk and stand, imitate it, but dont overdo it or it will look weird. shave your arms and hands if necessary. wear fitting clothes.

I've been underweight for most of my life, right now I'm at the border of normal and underweight. I'm trying to tone off the skinnyfat and get a better build in general. I doubt I'm ever able to get really thick or anything so maybe it wouldn't look too horrid.
I do have somewhat wide frame, definitely wider than any asian grill, but I guess compared to my height it isn't quite as bad as it could be.

Depends on the force and the tip. Regular practice arrows should be far less damaging than a firearm due to less kinetic energy, no possible ricochets once it's in and in general lower penetration. Even if I hit you on the neck you'd probs live if the medical care gets there fast enough, assuming I didn't hit something really important.

... I'm a lot better shooting quickly than aiming. If I hold the arrow too long, my aim gets shaky, so I tend to just aim, pull and release in 5 seconds. If I take any longer, I restart. It just means that I don't miss as many shots due to dispraxia.
