A lot of masculine features are deemed unattractive on women which means poor looks will get you clocked easier though. Makeup is good but it won't turn an unpassing face into a passing face by itself, you need to have some degree of genetics and preferrably HRT in there too. Face is face still, it's never hopeless thanks to cis people also benefiting from plastic surgery so the tech is pretty good!

It's literally impossible for you to be at 3%, you are overestimating your skinniness, 3% is bodybuilding competition tier and you have to pretty much dedicate your whole day maintaining it.
If you're really skinny you should be at 10% at the absolute lowest.
Anyway it's pretty easy to gain weight if you don't exercise, just snack a lot on high calorie foods and eat 3 meals a day.
