I'm a bisexual tranny myself and my therapist didn't believe me when I said I was bisexual and thought I was only really attracted to women.
Then I talked to another therapist for a second opinion and I told him I'm bisexual as well, but he didn't accept the answer and after asking more questions he eventually seemed to have concluded I had a strong preference for men.
I'm fairly sure I'm bisexual though, not that it ended up being relevant to the therapy.
