There's a decent likelihood of complications - per surgery, the risk is not crazy, but implants rupture on average per 7-10 years, so multiple surgeries would be required to maintain your boobs unless you get your implants removed... but if you do that you'll have very unhappy breasts.
And when they rupture, the silicone may not be totally removed and it may just hang out in your body. There is increased risk of cancer, chronic pain, breast hardness, and other stuff....

Yesterday, I was thinking about a thread on this very same topic made by a cis lesbian a year ago.
The advice given was she would increase her breast cancer risk. But it seems to me you might also increase your endometrial cancer risk, at least, if you wouldn't stop taking it for at least a week around the time of your period. For what it's worth, most trannies' breasts seem to get to their biggest size once on progesterone.
I have heard of noogleberry being used to increase breast size without needing to mess with hormones or supplements. Lots of people who use it do use supplements, however. It works off the same idea as penis pumps. It creates a vacuum within its vessel, and this low pressure forces the breast to expand to fill the vacuum. What fills the breast then, is supposed to be blood. The body then takes notice that there's increased demand for blood there, expanding its channel of blood vessels. Those blood vessels can then support more fat tissue, and that fat tissue is what gives the final size. You might have heard something similar with fat grafts, which are another option in addition to implants and everything else. Fat grafts (enhanced by stem cells extracted in the fat taken from a place like the abdomen) keep more of the fat post-op then fat grafts without stem cells precisely because those stem cells become blood vessels to support the fat tissue so that it does not die. Kayla said Noogleberry's actually dangerous a while ago (I haven't looked into its risks more seriously beyond the possibility of bruising if you lower the pressure too much for your current size).
But I'm not a doctor, so I couldn't tell you anything for sure.

You could always get fat grafting done in your breasts as an alternative to implants. You have to basically have double the boob size for about half a year though while your body reabsorbs 25-50% of the implanted fat, but then it's permanent after that.
I believe it's a pretty safe and effective procedure these days, it's pretty hard for saline and silicone implants to compete with it.

Use 200mg Prometrium for 2 weeks per 4 week cycle. Start it two weeks after ovulation, or when your period would start. This will stop the monthly cycle, but you'll grow bigger boobs. Not a doctor though so don't take my advice, I don't know what I'm talking about.
