You've obviously not fallen into a deep depression where you stop giving a shit about trying yet given how you look like you work out pretty regularly. If you try repressing I give you 4-6 years before you start to crumble, and after that it all comes down to how long you can hold out before offing yourself or transition. If you're under 20 just bite the bullet and do it. You're still young and the risks of losing everything are minimal and even if you do you've got plenty of time to start again. If 20+ then you need to weigh up all your pros and cons, work out if you think you realistically can repress forever. No one wants to be the 40yr old hon but it could be you if you over estimate your ability to repress.
