Most of the population to some degree is bisexual once you understand that sexuality isnt actually a thing and is just a way we describe our attraction on the basis of sex, and those things are basically just built up attractions that lead one way or another which is why people with the same sexuality have different preferences and why transpeople can exist in a more grey area of sexual attraction
Maybe I'm just projecting, but I do feel like a lot more people are bi than we think. And not even bi in the sense of "I love the same sex!" but just that they could have sex with the same gender and find something to like about it if they explored it enough.
Its one thing to not be attracted to the same sex, but to act like sex with another guy or girl is gonna melt your skin off is just ridiculous. So I think a lot of it is just mental barriers that are built up over time. A lot of things in life are uncomfortable at first, but if you keep at it you can find something to like about almost anything.
We're already so far down this path where homosexuality is a taboo, but I wonder if things could have been different or if rejecting this kind of behavior is truly innate within us.
